I have registered the product on www.maxidas.com with s/n. So i installed the software that came with the cd. When i log into the elite update i use the username og password which i registered on the site. I have several times tried to update the product but repeatedly be told that ther is no update for the product. Then I found the software update on the www.maxidas.com and i downloaded down the version 2.0 for obd2 , Bmw, Mercedes, Toyata, Nissan and som few more. But now when i try to use the tool with cars brand Bmw or Mercedes i get the message from tool that. " The vehicle program is not authorized, please obtain the authorization" What can i do now, I cant use the tool. Please help.
